Toronto Off Leash Dog Parks

Cadie and I are going to take the opportunity to visit all of Toronto off leash dog parks in the next year. If you look below you'll find a general description of where the park is, and some general comments that other Torontonians have posted. I'll be sure to publish photos on the main site, but I'll be keeping track here. 

You will also notice that there are indoor off leash areas listed below, that's the beauty of living in a northern, and sometimes frigid climate, the industry and retail sectors cater to people, and dogs who, are looking for a warm place to play. Anyhow, if you are in the city, and would like to know more about the various dog parks keep reading, I'll be sure to post lots of thoughts and photos.

Withrow Park 725 Logan Av. at Danforth Av.	South of the ice rink, north of the baseball diamond between the two hills.

Don Valley Brickworks - Address: Bayview Extension s. of Pottery Road	Fenced area to the left of the parking lot as you enter the Brick Works lot. At least one other fenced area buried in the hiking trails. Wouldn't recommend going late at night - very secluded after dark.
Lansdowne park - 419 Lansdowne Ave
PawsWay - Indoor Off Leash - Address: 245 Queens Quay West (by Harbourfront Centre)	PawsWay, the Pet Discovery Centre now operates an indoor Off Leash park - 3700 sq feet. Sunnybrooke Park Address: Leslie and Eglinton	its a small area when dogs can run off leash, but you walk walk through the woods and cross Bayview into Sherwood park. Good 1-2 hour walk	Summer 2010
